At Oriofer, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details. -
After Dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy. -
Payment Method:
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using available online payment methods.
2. Return Policy (7-Day Window)
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order details
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
- Ensure the product is securely packed for return pickup/shipping
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
In certain cases (such as policy violations), refunds may be declined or partially processed.
7. Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: return shipping will be covered by us
- For all other returns: return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
