Cancellation and Return Policy

At Oriofer, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
  • Payment Method:
    We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using available online payment methods.

2. Return Policy (7-Day Window)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging 
  • Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed for return pickup/shipping

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

In certain cases (such as policy violations), refunds may be declined or partially processed.

7. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: return shipping will be covered by us
  • For all other returns: return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

8. Important Notes

  • Products must be handled with care until returned
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
  • This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice
